By making a reservation you are entering into a contract for which you are liable to make full payment regardless of whether or not you make use of the room/s booked.
Please note that we do not accept children. Over 18's only.
Some periods are subject to a minimum stay of 2 nights.
Please respect other guests when moving around the property and if arriving back late evenings.
PAYMENT
Payment for online bookings is via the automated Stripe payment system. The full amount for the booking made is requested 7 days prior to your arrival day.
For guests who book via email or telephone (offline booking) full payment is due on arrival with either cash or card.
ARRIVALS
Arrival times are strictly between 16.00 & 19.00.We are unable to offer the flexibility of staffed hotels due to personal commitments.
DEPARTURE
On your day of departure, please vacate your room by the latest 11.00.
Please note, all vehicles & personal items are left at your own risk.
Quiet Woman House operates a no smoking policy throughout the entire property at all times.
You will be liable to pay the current market value for any damage that you cause either maliciously or accidentally to our property.
We reserve the right to amend either our terms & conditions or our prices without notice.However, any existing reservations will be charged at the price given at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to amend & or cancel bookings.
Standard rate - Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 7 days prior to arrival are without charge.
Bookings cancelled within the7 days before arrival will be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee of First nights stay.
Non-Refundable - No changes to, or cancellation of bookings are accepted. Refunds are 100% not available.
